new website? Guns? Midget tossing??

I just got back from Cavalry Arms. I spent a few hours going over installing the lower kit on an AR-15. That's right folks, I am at it again. I have a photoshoot with them tomorrow and then next week will be filming the tutorial video. This is for those that have the parts available, and may not know exactly how to put the gun together. MY gun...is purple. I HAVE to have a custom gun!! IT's me!
I did nothing but run errands today!! I didn't even get lunch or a chance to lay out! At least I got a lot done. I will have a blackberry next week too so it will be a lot more convenient for me to update my blog, pics and twitter. YAY!
Speaking of...Twitter (http://www.twitter.com/victoriapaege) I have been updating that more than anything else and even adding some pics that I haven't posted anywhere else. Just an FYI if you haven't started following me yet. *wink wink*
Ok--take a look at this picture. It is hanging at the gun company I will be working for and I HAD to take a picture. It's funny...but now look closer. What is going on in this picture?? Like, really, going on??? I want to hear what you all think. It's pretty crazy.

Noooow--- As for the website. I have a site name (not willing/able to pay for a domain yet though) but need some help with setting things up. If you get in contact with me I can give some examples. Anyone really good with web setup?? I need help!!
Thank you :)
I just got a call from a director/producer and I have an audition on Saturday! That's always good news. We'll see how it goes!

p 90..p 90 X!!

It's about that time again. When I first started my blogger account I was doing P90x, working my ass off and loving every minute of it. Then, like usual..things died down a little, I started working non-stop, and I made excuses. It's time for me to start up again. I am excited, I always feel so good when I do this workout.
In other news-----The flyers are here!!!!

I will be leaving them around town starting tomorrow. Watch for them at Bookmans, Zia, Atomic Comics and other places like that :) I am very excited!
I didn't get the video blog done because I went out of town. If you were looking for the 6th update and didn't find it, that's why. I will work on it tomorrow (Tuesday).
In other news....Patrick Swayze!! He is finally at rest after what had to be an exhausting battle with cancer. He hung on and got to stay with his family during his last months which is one of the best ways to spend your last days. May he rest in peace.
Ok, now, what I really want to go over is the Kanye West debaccle. I know that everyone has already talked about it. Ever since it happened at last nights VMA's. However, I just have 1 question to ask. If Serena Williams can lose an important game for "unsportsmanlike conduct," why is it that these entertainers can't be disqualified from things for their behavior???
Tennis matches actually matter. A reprocussion so big as to lose a match because of your behavior is a bit harsh. However, in the world of awards...it seems that you can act however you want and will still be in the running for every award possible. Getting nominated is a pretty exciting thing. Being invited and attending an awards ceremony, whether it be the Teen Choice awards, or the Emmys, is a privlidge. If you act out of hand, why are you only kicked out of the remainder of the event? Why not be held responsible for acting IRRESPONSIBLE and be disqualified from being nominated at the NEXT awards show that may be? I think it seems like pretty fair punishment. Whether you like it or not, when you become a celebrity, you become a role model. It seems like the majority of the nations "role models" are teaching everyone else that it is ok to act like a spoiled brat. And why not? You'll never be held responsible for your actions.

Oh!! Almost forgot

I still need help with promoting costs for the con this year...any contributions are GREATLY appreciated!!

Thank you so much! xoxoxoxo

Slacker!

It has been a few days since I got a chance to sit fora second and write what's going on around me. I am going to be working on another video blog today for the Tucson comic-con so I should be getting that posted today or tomorrow. Also, I am still needing ideas for my Cosplay outfit. So far it's between Aeris, Yuffie or x-23. The sooner I get more people giving me ideas, the quicker I can get the outfit made ; )
I just heard from L.A. and I have some potentially AWESOME news. If all goes well and there isn't some TRAGIC event that takes place, I will be working on a show from November until March!!! Here I come ABC! I am so excited I can't control myself.
I got the pictures back from the last shoot that I did. 3 have been touched up, I will post some for you *wink* I think these are the best that I have done yet. Definately a more mature theme. Different than anything I have done so far. I am very grateful and thank Pierre Price for the wonderful shoot. I am also going to be doing another photoshoot and tutorial video for Cavalry Arms. We were going to shoot today but not only is my car in the shop, one of the organizers is out because he just had dental surgery. OUCH!
Hopefully next week will be a little better and we can get things done.
I will be leaving for a short out of town roadtrip this Sunday-Tuesday. I am excited to go hang with some friends and family. There is a place that I always go to in Florence called A and M Pizza. Whenever I head out of town I make sure to stop there for a sub. They make the best bread and have the best subs in Arizona. *licks lips* great...now I'm hungry haha.

My thoughts on the matter...

On September 8th, President Barack Obama is planning on making an address geared toward children and education. According to the White House, this address is going to be made in order to promote “the importance of [students] taking responsibility for their education, [and to] challenging [sic] them to set goals and do everything they can to succeed.” Sounds great, right? Our LEADER, taking some initiative and addressing the nations youth. Someone is showing that they CARE about the children and is taking steps towards at least trying to talk to the youth and making them aware of the fact that we need to embrace and work towards our futures. Our OWN future. I think that somewhere along the way we have neglected to bring up the importance of education and hard work.
I found the link (from the White House twitter page, believe it or not), that goes over the speech that is prepared, and there isn't a thing wrong with it. I got on a chat site today and someone said something along the lines of, "Don't say SHIT to my kid!" Really?! You're getting pretty defensive about your kid. What the hell do you think the President is going to say? "Support me no matter what, join the army, disobey your parents and forget about thinking on your own?" We take for granted the fact that we have it so easy here in America. In other countries, say the wrong thing about your ruler and your entire family will be shot down. That, or you will be humiliated and killed. Does anyone remember learning about Kim Jong-il and the false stories he makes up about everything? If you don't remember you should look it up. Even do a google search for the story he tells about his birth. We have a lot to learn. Some people are extremely ignorant.
The leader is here to lead, whether we like it or not. He will make decisions that he believes are for the good of the country. He will also make decisions that may not make us happy, but will at least help the country, or Government (as a whole) out. You can think of it like a business because that is essentially what it is. He isn't going to hold your hand and tell you sugar coated stories to make you feel better about the country. He is going to do what he seems necessary and we have to accept that.
Now stop your bitching.

Haha..

After a few seconds you may think, "ok, this is kind of getting lame", but that thought will only last another 2 seconds at best. This is pretty funny.
